Send to the deposit address
After you confirm, we generate a one-time deposit address. Send your stablecoins there from any wallet — MetaMask, Phantom, Trust Wallet, exchange withdrawal, etc.
Cash lands in your account
Once your transaction hits the required confirmations, we push the payout. CashApp and PayPal typically arrive in under 10 minutes.
Supported Payout Methods
Processing times are estimates after on-chain confirmation. Actual times may vary during weekends or bank holidays. The fee is a percentage of the stablecoin you send; it changes by payout rail because processor and settlement costs differ.

We don't collect your name, address, or documents. You provide a payout handle and a refund address — that's it. Your privacy is the default, not a premium feature.
Rail-aligned fees
Each payout method has its own fee percentage (from 1.5% on bank-style rails up to 2.75% where global processors and dispute risk cost more). The widget always shows the exact rate for your selection before you commit—receive amount is send × (1 − fee%), with no extra spread. Blockchain gas and payout-network transaction fees are still paid separately by you.

Refund protection built in
Every order requires a refund address. If a payout fails for any reason — wrong recipient handle, service outage, network issue — your stablecoins are automatically returned.

Minimum order $30
Each swap must be at least $30 in stablecoin notional so we can cover network and payout overhead reliably. Upper limits still depend on the payout method (see the table).
Frequently Asked Questions
Which stablecoins and networks do you accept?
USDT on Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, and Tron. DAI on Ethereum. USDC on Ethereum, Solana, and Polygon. If you send from an unsupported network or token, the funds will be returned to your refund address.
How long does a payout take?
It depends on two things: how fast the blockchain confirms your deposit, and which payout method you chose. Most methods (CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle) complete in 5–15 minutes after confirmation. Wise and Revolut may take up to an hour.
What happens if I send the wrong amount or wrong token?
If you send more or less than the quoted amount, we'll process the order based on what we actually received. If you send an unsupported token to the deposit address, it will be refunded to your refund address minus network fees.
Do I need to create an account?
No. StarChange is fully non-custodial and anonymous. There's no account, no login, no password. Each order is standalone.
What's the refund address for?
The refund address is a wallet you control, on the same network you're sending from. If something goes wrong, your stablecoins are sent back there. Make sure it's correct.
Are there any limits?
Minimum per order is $30 in stablecoin (same number in USD notional for USDC, USDT, or DAI). There is no hard maximum for most payout methods, but CashApp and Venmo have daily receiving limits on their side ($2,500 and $2,000 respectively). For larger amounts, use PayPal or Wise.
What if my payout never arrives?
Check your order status page. If the payout failed, your stablecoins will be automatically returned to your refund address within 1 hour. For help, open a ticket in our Discord server.
How are fees calculated?
The fee depends on the payout method you pick—it is a percentage of the stablecoin amount you send. Dollar out = send × (1 − fee ÷ 100). Minimum send is $30. Examples for 100 USDC (fee only—meets the minimum): Zelle (1.5%) → $98.50; Wise (1.65%) → $98.35; Revolut (1.85%) → $98.15; Cash App (2%) → $98.00; Venmo or Apple Pay (2.25%) → $97.75; Skrill (2.4%) → $97.60; PayPal (2.75%) → $97.25. At the minimum $30 send: Zelle (1.5%) → $29.55; PayPal (2.75%) → $29.18. See the payout table for the full list. On-chain gas to the deposit address and payout-rail charges are paid by you in addition. We do not add a hidden spread on top of the quoted fee.
Can I send from a centralized exchange (Coinbase, Binance, etc.)?
Yes. As long as you withdraw the correct stablecoin on a supported network to our deposit address, it doesn't matter where it comes from.
Is StarChange available in my country?
StarChange is available globally. Some payout methods are region-locked: CashApp/Venmo/Zelle are US-only. PayPal, Wise, Skrill, and Apple Pay work almost everywhere.
